Compliance
Where a condition of accreditation is breached, the FSC may impose a range of sanctions.

Reaccreditation
Accreditation may be granted for a period of up to three years. At the end of the period granted, builders need to reapply for accreditation in order to remain accredited under the Scheme—this is known as ‘reaccreditation’.
