Reporting requirements for government and funding recipients

Contract Notification

When you enter into a contract with a builder, you are required to notify the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner of the successful builder by completing a Contract Notification Form.

This form should be completed and forwarded to ofsc@deewr.gov.au.

End of project report

At the end of the project, Australian Government agencies or funding recipients are required to complete an end-of-project report. This report will summarise and assesses how the builder performed in relation to the Federal Safety Commissioner’s Safety Principles for Improving OHS.

The end of project reports aim to provide a client’s view of OHS performance for the whole project and to enable more meaningful measurement of project OHS performance more information is provided in the Guidance for Australian Government Agencies.
