The model client: Promoting safe construction
This resource provides a practical and systematic approach to integrate OHS activities into the management of construction projects. This process adopts a lifecycle approach, establishing Key Management Actions (KMAs) from planning through to completion of projects. The framework provides significant resource material including checklists, templates and tools.
This resource is a series of 5 booklets, as well as a project OHS process map, glossary and a CD featuring a Word version of all usable resources, such as templates, checklists, guidelines, etc
