2018 Accredited Contractor Survey now open

Accredited contractors have been invited by the Federal Safety Commissioner to participate in the 2018 Accredited Contractor Survey.

Conducted annually, the survey seeks to hear from companies accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) regarding the costs, benefits and effectiveness of the Scheme, as well as the performance of the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) and its auditors (Federal Safety Officers). Responses remain anonymous unless respondents choose to provide their details.

Acting Federal Safety Commissioner Cassie Woods encourages companies to have their say,

“I am really interested in what being accredited means to companies, and the impact it has had on their safety culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for companies to tell us what the OFSC does well, and where we have room for improvement. I consider all feedback as important to ensuring we continue to deliver a program that provides benefit to accredited companies and helps improve industry safety. I encourage every accredited company to have their say”.

The survey has been extended and will remain open until 5pm Wednesday 23 May 2018.

The results of previous annual surveys are available on the Accredited Contractor Survey page.
