OFFICE OF THE FEDERAL SAFETY COMMISSIONER NATIONAL ROADSHOW – Brisbane 16 and 17 June 2015
Following our 2014 review, the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) has made significant improvements to the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme.
We will be hosting roadshows in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin to inform both accredited builders and builders interested in becoming accredited of the effect these changes will have.
Each roadshow will feature a keynote presentation by Federal Safety Commissioner, Mr Alan Edwards, a workshop for unaccredited companies, a workshop for accredited companies, and the opportunity for companies to meet with OFSC staff for one-on-one discussions (please note that due to the high level of interest these discussions will only be allocated 15 minutes each).
Following the successful roadshow session in Sydney last week, two Queensland roadshows are being held at Queensland Master Builders in Brisbane on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 June. The roadshow being held on 16 June is now full, with places still available on 17 June.
The dates for sessions in Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin will shortly be available on this website. Please contact the OFSC on 1800 652 500 if you have any questions.
