Submit Incident Reports and Contract Declarations using FSC Online

From 1 February 2016 Accredited companies can submit incident reports and contract declarations through FSC Online. Each online form includes enhanced help and guidance to assist users. Users can also view all past submitted incidents and contract declarations.
The incident report and contract declaration forms were reviewed during the 2014 Scheme review. Companies wishing to continue reporting with paper forms should now use the updated forms found on the Reporting for accredited builders page. The fields in the incident report and contract declaration in FSC Online mirror these forms.
In the second half of 2016 we will release:
  • an online biannual report
  • an online scheme project report
  • detailed in system help and guidance to assist users in completing these reports
These FSC Online enhancements are currently in development; accredited companies will be notified when they are available.
