As part of an ongoing focus to keep personal information secure, the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (the department) will use the Australian Government Digital ID System to verify users. From 20 January 2025, you will need to use your Digital ID, such as myID, and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) to access the FSC Online Portal. For existing users of FSC online this will replace the eCitizen authentication system you currently use. 

You will lose access to FSC Online if you do not arrange myID and RAM before 20 January 2025. 

• myID is the Australian Government's Digital ID app. myID provides a secure and convenient way to prove who you are when logging in to a range of government online services. 
• RAM is an authorisation service that allows you to act on behalf of a business or entity online when linked with your myID. You’ll use your myID to log in to RAM.   

We’ll be supporting you every step of this process. Detailed information about what needs to happen in preparation for this change will be sent to all FSC Online users in the coming weeks.

Accredited companies must submit a Scheme Biannual Report to the OFSC every six months that covers a range of project data and WHS performance indicators. 

With the launch of the new FSC Online system, we will be amending our timeframes for the July to December 2024 biannuals which are due to be submitted in early 2025. 

Reporting will now open on 28 January 2025 and close on 28 February 2025. Reporting requirements will revert to normal for future scheme biannual reports.
