The OFSC’s anonymous Annual Census is now open for 2025! 

Each year, the OFSC runs this census to find out more about our accredited companies, their experience with us, and how we can better support them going forward.  

This census takes just 10 minutes to complete, and can even be completed on your phone. It is completely anonymous – we won’t ask for your name or your company’s name.  

We ask questions about five different topics:  

• Understanding our companies – high level demographics on our companies and the sort of work we do 
• Scheme accreditation – we want to know more about how the scheme has impacted you 
• OFSC and FSO performance – tell us about your experience with us 
• Education and engagement – how can we better support you with helpful resources?  
• Positive Performance Indicators – is your company using lead safety indicators and how do you use this information?  

The Positive Performance Indicators (or lead safety indicators) section is a new addition for 2025. This is your opportunity to have your say on how your company uses these indicators, the benefits they provide, and how these indicators could be implemented within the WHS Accreditation Scheme.
