The Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) has released its Annual Data Report for 2024-25. This report unpacks how the WHS Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) has continues to improve the safety standards of our accredited builders and their work sites from July 2024 to June 2025. It also looks back at what the OFSC delivered over the last financial year. 

Inside the report you’ll find data and insights on: 

• How many builders are accredited under the Scheme 
• What WHS audits were carried out and how builders went 
• The incidents and types of injuries reported to the OFSC 
• How accreditation is helping improve safety outcomes, including trends in incident rates and workers’ compensation premiums 
• The training and practical resources the OFSC has developed to support builders and the wider industry
